There is no need to worry if you see crystals or white sediment in the Silver Jewellery Cleaner this is normal, and the jewellery cleaner will work just as it should.   

The white crystals are the active ingredient in our Silver Jewellery Cleaner. When the solution gets cold it causes the chemical to grow larger crystals that are more visible. If the solution gets warm the crystals are less visible and may dissolve back to liquid.
