Item(s) can be exchanged within 5 days from the date of purchase (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) if there are product defects. Kindly drop us an email at [email protected] with a picture proof of product defect.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard local shipping via easyparcel will take 1-2 business days excluding order processing time of about 3 business days.

Once order has been processed, you should receive a shipment notification email with your order’s tracking number.

Do expect a delay in processing time and delivery during peak periods Including Mother’s day, Black Friday, Year End season, etc.
